Prices

Our prices are very competitive, negotiatable and flexible.  We discuss your needs, plans and schedule of work and then agree to price.

  • We do not charge you for weekends or after office hours services
  • We do not charge you extra for any emergencies or last minute calls
  • In regards to a cleaning job, if there is a complaint about any area not cleaned well, we shall do it for you free provided the complaint is received within two of the job done.

Recruitment & Vetting Process

HennaGroup continually ensures that the professional development of our candidates is always taken very seriously. The training Division of HennaGroup is dedicated to the preparation of Individuals for employment by promoting and fostering a customer driven, integrated workforce development system which encourages and enables individuals to acquire the skills and work attitudes necessary to meet employer requirements for entry, re-entry and retention in the labour market

Recruitment of personnel is undertaken maintaining stringent screening and selection procedures, as a result, HennaGroup are able to offer you the widest choice of suitable trained and experienced staff.

Application Forms

Application forms are completed in the presence of HennaGroup personnel.

These forms are structured to enable us to gather a complete account of the applicants working history, family background, status in UK, physical fitness etc. They are checked by CRB.

If and when all details submitted by the applicant have been vetted and verified, he or she is invited for detailed interview.

Interviews

Prior to interviews, applicants are asked to submit original copies of their identification, national insurance number, and proof of address, references, any relevant training and education certificates. We make sure that the applicant is polite, smart and punctual.

References and CRB checks

These are mandatory.  Upon successful outcome of the results, is the applicant considered for any position.

Based upon the applicant meeting all criteria, probationary employment is offered.

Inhouse Training Our continual in-house training department and on client site programme designed to improve the skills and confidence of our workers. We help our candidates develop personally and professionally through practical support and encouragement. Ultimately, we all share the same goal - to help consistently raise the standards of all aspects of care, support and cleaning, across the UK.
