All our staff, whether health care, domestic or cleaning, must undergo basic training for:
- Infection Control and Contamination
- Health & Safety
- Fire & Safety
- First Aid
- Manual Handling
- Food & Hygiene
The above training is available free of cost to our staff. It is mandatory for all our staff to have above basic training whether they are care, domestic or cleaning staff. Training is provided in our training rooms, onsite at work and at our training providers institute MET Institute (formerly Mathew Boulton & Sutton Coldfield College)
Once the staff successfully completes the training, they are awarded national certificates.
Ongoing Refresher Training
Throughout each individual’s period of employment, refresher training is given at intervals. Refresher training reinforces all probationary training and allows each operative to remain informed of any changes or developments in company policies, procedures or technological advances.
