Our members of staff are qualified to work in care homes of different categories such as Challenging Behaviour, Dimensia, Old Age etc. We try our level best to keep our clients at ease, to ensure this we always try to send the same carers/workers to the homes as both parties will be familiar with each other. It is important for us to maintain a healthy relationship between ourselves and our customers. Each and every staff employed by HennaGroup is recruited, selected, inducted and trained to Care Quality Commission standards. After completing our thorough recruitment process, including Enhanced CRB and POVA Checks. Each staff undergoes an extensive continuous training and development programme, delivered by our own in house training teams and by our training providers. Staffs are selected, not only based on experience and skills, but also common interests, likes, dislikes, race, religion, orientation, religion and personality, keeping in mind what best would suit our clients. When our client is happy with the worker, our recruitment teams work hard to provide continuity and a tailored service to suit the needs.
